Man City Wallop Norwich

Manchester City responded well after their opening day defeat by trashing Norwich 5-0. It was a game where Norwich wasn’t given any chance as they spent the whole 90 minutes defending.

Too much pressure by Mancity in the early minutes of the match forced an own goal by Tim Krul in the seventh minute. Continued bombardment from Mancity led to their second goal in the 26th minute through Jack Grealish.

The second half was no different, Manchester City continued to attack and attack, while Norwich had no choice but to defend. However , Manchester City were missing chances which forced the coach to make some chances including Raheem Sterling replacing Torres.

The result was immediately evident. Manchester City scored 3 more goals to make it 5. Laporte , Sterling and Mahrez scored the goals in the 64th, 71st and 84th minute respectively.

The champions move to 5th on the table and are now ready to defend their title.

EURO 2020: Italy are Champions

Italy have beaten England on penalties to win EURO 2020 tornament. Scores were 1-1 after extra time. England started the brighter side and quickly got the reward with a goal in the 2nd minute. However Italy gradually got into the game and leveled matters in the 67th minute.

England wait for their first major silverware since 1966 continues.

Euro 2020; England end Denmark’s Hope

England beat Denmark 2-1 to advance to the final of EURO 2020. This is the first time England will qualify for the final since 1966

Denmark scored first form free kick in the 30th minute through Milkel Dammsgaard . A good english response forced Denmark to conceed 9 minutes later from an own goal following a fine cross. The game went into extra time. In the 104th minute, England won a penalty after Raheem Sterling was brought down in the box by Joakim Maehle. Harry kane’s penalty was saved but the rebound fell to him kindly to shoot it home.

England face Italy for the title.

Italy beat Spain, qualify for EURO 2020 final

Italy has beating Spain on penalties to qualify for the final. It was tense and highly tactical. Federico Chiesa though he have won it for the Italians whth his goal in the 60th minute. But Morata equalized 10 minutes from time to make the score. After a goalless draw in extra time, the game was decided on penalties which italy won by 4-2.

Denmark continued with their winning streak as they defeated the strong Czech Republic by 2 goals to 1. Denmark opened scoring in the fifth minute when Thomas Delancy headed home. Kasper Dolberg then doubled the advantage as he volleyed home in the 42nd minute. Czech pulled one Back but it wasn’t enough.

England on the other hand trashed sorry Ukarine 4-0. Ukarine just gave up on England, they were just too good for them.
