Chelsea beat Crystal Palace 4-0 at the bridge to move fourth in the league standings.

Chelsea pressed in the first half but Crystal Palace were resolute in defense. Not much chances for Chelsea until Ben Chilwell scores for Chelsea in the 49th minute. Crystal Palace fails to clear their lines from a cross and the ball fails kindly for Chilwell to strike home.

Chelsea now look to kill off the game and they press harder. The second Chelsea goal comes in the to 66th minute as Zouma leaps above Mamadou Sakho to head home from a nice cross.

Crystal palace crack under pressure again to force a penalty. Jorginho takes it to make it 3nil, 77minutes into the match.

Chelsea continue to hunt down Crystal palace and were again rewarded 5 minutes later as  Mamadou Sakho brings down Kai Havertz inside the box. Jorginho takes the penalty and its Chelsea 4, Crystal Palace 0!

Chelsea earn their second 3 points of the season.

Chilwell shines on his debut match of the season, Lampard happy and the Chelsea team looks like its taking shape.

Chelsea move to 4th on the premier league table.

Arsenal win at Fulham in their first match of the season

Fulham started their premier league campaign on a disappointing note as visiting Arsenal defeated them 3 nil.

Fulham started with hope as they pressed Arsenal in the first 10 minutes.

However, Arsenal scored against run of play in the 10min as fullam failed to clear their lines. Keeper deflected  Willian’s strike into the waiting legs of Alexandre Lacazette to slot home.

Arsenal continued dominating after their first goal. Fulham under pressure forced a foul on Lacazette in front of the 18yard at 26minute.

As a result,new signing Willian almost scored his debut goal from free kick that hits the woodwork at 27minute.

Arsenal then created several chances and Fulham were lucky to be one goal down at 42 minutes into the match.

Fulham rallied in closing stages of first half but scores end 0-1 at first half

Second half started with Arsenal pressing. The search for a second did not take long as Gabriel scored his debut goal from a poorly defended corner just 4 minutes into the second half. 0-2 Arsenal.

Arsenal now on a roll and get another goal scored by Pierre Aubameyang in the 57minute after a cross from Willian.

Willian did not score on his debut for Arsenal but had a good game. He was central to all 3 goals scored.

Arsenal now on top of the premier league table with 3 points.
