Wales Knocked out of EURO 2020

Denmark beat Wales 4-0 to book a quarter final spot. Wales started the more determined side and had couple of chances in the opening minutes. But Denmark grew into the game and subsequently got their first goal in the 27th minute.

They followed up with goals in the 48th, 80th and 90th minute. Denmark totally frustrated Wales. They forced Wales to make mistakes and to cap it up, they got a man sent off shortly before Denmark scored their fourth.

Kasper Dolberg scored the first two goals for Denmark while Joakim Maehle and Martin BraithWaite scored the 3rd and fourth respectively. It was a total victory

Denmark will play the winner of Netherlands Vs Czech Republic.

EURO 2020: Group E & F Round up

In group E, Sweden and Spain qualified for the round of 16 with 7 and 5 points respectively. Slovakia are out, they did not make it as one of the 3rd best placed teams.

After the final matches drama, France and Germany qualified for the second round with 5 and 4 points respectively. Portugal who finished 3rd in group F also qualified as the best third placed teams.

EURO 2020: Belgium and Netherlands Qualify for 2nd Round

The final group B and C matches have been played.

Belgium with 9 points and Denmark with 3 points qualify automatically for the round of 16 from group B. Denmark produced a stunning 4-1 victory against Russia to qualify after losses to Belgium and Finland. They finish with 3 points just as Finland and Russia but qualify on better goals difference.

Netherlands and Austria go through automatically from group C. Netherland finish top with 9 points from 3 games and Austria take second place with 6 points.
