How to setup a Google Account

  1. Using your internet browser go to: https://accounts.google.com
  1. Enter your name into the placeholders provided. Input a name for your @gmail.com address. If the name is already taken you will be given alternatives. If you are not satisfied with the alternatives, continue inputting names of your own until it is accepted.
  2. Complete the remainder of the information requested and agree to Google’s term of service to move to the next stage. You can start using your google account at this stage. Your new Google account comes bundled with a lot of apps including:

gmail

google docs ( similar to Microsoft office)

google drive (15Gb free online storage)

google photos 

and much more, all in one place.

  1. You will then be taken to the core of YourAccount page. Here you have the opportunity to fully customize your account and provide a higher level of security for your account. You can edit and update your personal information as well. In fact there are many things you can do on this page to make your Google account truly yours.
  2. By clicking on the top right icon of your accounts page you can change your profile picture if you like

France Knocked out of EURO 2020

Switzerland have knocked France out of EURO 2020. The game ended 3 all after normal and extra time. Switzerland won the penalty shot out 5-4 to book their quarter final ticket.

France were in control of the match leading by 2 goals up to the 80th minute. But Switzerland, 3-1 down, made a determined push in the final 10 minutes and leveled up scores to end 3-3.

Kyluan Mbappe had a glorious chance to seal victory late in injury time but couldn’t convert. Switzerland held their nerve during penalty to knock out Fra 5-4.

EURO 2020: Spain survive Croatia Scare

Spain survived an 8 goal thriller against Croatia to qualify for the quarter final. Spain responded well after conceding an own goal which put Croatia in front. But the 78th minute they were leading 3 -1 by goals from Sarabia (38th min.), Azpilicueta (58th min.) and Ferran Torres (77th min.).

Spain thought they have put the game to bed only for Croatia to level up in the last five minutes of the game.

But Spain regrouped in extra time to see of Croatia by 5 goals to 3.

The Croatia vs Spain match has been rated the most entertaining match in EURO 2020 so far

Gone too soon: Netherlands out of EURO 2020

Netherlands have been knocked out of EURO 2020 after losing 2-0 to Czech Republic. The game was balanced until Netherlands were reduced to 10 men in the 52nd minute. Matthijs de ligt handled the ball following a clear goal scoring opportunity for the Czechs. Czech Republic took full advantage of their extraman by scoring 2 goals in the 68th and 80th minutes.

The shock of the tournament so far. Czech book their place in the quaters and will face Denmark in Baku

EURO 2020: Italy through to quarter final

Italy fought very have to defeat Austria 2-1 after extra time. Italy got a scare after Arnautovic headed goal in the 65th minute was ruled out by VAR. Both teams defended well and it was goalless in normal time.

Italy responded very well in extra time with 2 goals in the 95th and 105th minute through substitutes Federico Chiesa and Matteo Pessina respectively.

However Italy endured a tense five minutes after Sasa Kalajdzic pulled one back for Austria.

Austria gave their all but it wasn’t enough, Italy advance to the quarter final.
