Coffee tastes great. Freshly brewed coffee tastes much better than instant coffee. This article briefly explains how you can process and make fresh coffee at home.

There ar e about 5 process involved in the prepare fresh coffee:

Harvesting the coffee cherries:

A ripe coffee cherry is red in  colour. A newly planted coffee tree can take up to 4 years before it can produce seedlings.

Removing the outer skin of the coffee :

Hand machine that removes the outer skin of coffee cherries.

 A special milling machine will do this for you. It will remove the outer skin of the coffee cherries and revealling the coffee beans.

Spreading the coffee beans in the sun to dry.

Drying wet coffee beans

Spread the wet coffee beans under the sun to dry. It can take 2-3 days for the beans to completely dry

Removing the parchment: 

Remove parchment by slight blending
Using a blower to remove parchment

This can be done using a coffee blender. Grind the beans lightly and then use a blower to remove the parchment.

You can do this with a frying pan. Make sure you keep stirring the beans while roasting

Chelsea Vs Manchester City this weekend is the star match of round  6 of the English Premier League. Thaomas Tuchel will hope to continue his fine run against Guardiola once again. Chelsea will have the advantage because they play at home. However, Chelsea must be very careful of their opponents. This match will test the credibility of Chelsea as Title contenders. Chelsea 

are very much in form after beating Spurs 3-0 away. On the other hand Manchester City lost some form after they played a draw at home to Southampton last time out. Will the present form of these teams hold the key? Time will tell, but Chelsea are playing  the Champions, Manchester City. It will be a tougher test for Chelsea. If they win this match, then they will be unstoppable this season. Chelse are joint top of the table with Liverpool and Manchester United all on 13 points. 

Manchester United will also take on Aston Villa. The game may look like a walk in the park for United. However Aston Villa have been playing well lately. Manchester Uniter must approach this game cautiously.

According to Apple, the iPhone 13 in the US will cost $ 799 or $33.29 a month for 24 months. iPhone 13 mini  will cost $699 or $29.12  a month for 24 months.

Car Manufacturing; How the New Mercedes C class is made

The car manufacturing process is developing year on year. Several years ago it was done manually. Nowadays it is drifting towards a full automatic car manufacturing process. This article will briefly describe how the new Mercedes C class is manufactured.

The skeletal body of the Mercedes is made from weatherproof steel. This steel which comes in flat rolls are cut into various sizes and pressed moulded into the required shapes and body parts by heavy robotic machines.

The body frame parts are then transported to the assembly point where again, robotic machines assemble the car body frame, riveting, screwing or welding the parts to one another.

Next the assembled body frame is taken for painting. The robotic machines do the painting work.

The painting work is carefully inspected by human workers for any defects.

After painting is done and fully dried, all other parts of the car such as engine, wheels, headlights,and car interior are put in place.

Finally the finished manufactured car is carefully inspected and test driven before it is put up for sale.

Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United win in match day 5

Liverpool easily dispatched Crystal Palace 3 nil. Chelsea waited until second half to finish of inform Tottenham 3-0. Manchester United were almost dropping points but Lingard’s goal in the 89th minute broke WestHam’s hearts. Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are joint top of the premier league table.

Manchester City failed to score in their goalless draw at home to Southampton. Arsenal’s revival continued as they beat Burnley 1-0.

Disappointment for Aston Villa and Leicester; they lost.

Meanwhile, Norwich City is rock bottom of the premier league with 0 points from 5 matched.
