Juventus qualify for next stage of Champions League

Juventus have qualified for the next stage of the UEFA Champions League. They defeated Zenit St Petersburg 4-2 to achieve this feat. Paulo Dybala scored a brace and one assist . Juventus have now won 4 matches out of 4 and have qualified for the next stage with 2 games to spare.

Champions Chelsea also kept their qualification Hopes much alive after beating Malmo 1-0. It was a game where Malmo had very few chances and Chelsea wasted theirs. Hakim Ziyech scored the winner for Chelsea in the 56th from a fine cross by Hudson Odoi.

This important victory for Chelsea at Sewden means they need just a point now to qualify for the next stage.

According to the company’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, Meta will venture into immersive (virtual reality) gaming, fitness, commerce, social connection, education and entertainment. 

The company will be trading under a new stock name called MVRS on December 1st.

Colin Powell dies at the age of 84

General Colin Luther Powell, a former secretary of state of the United States has died.He was aged 84 years. He was one of the highest ranking black American officials in the United States Government. 

He was secretary of state under George W. BUSH. from 2001-2005. Before then he served as chairman, joint chief of staff (1989-1993) and United States National Security Advisor. (1987-1989).

Colin Powel was a four star general of the US army , the result of his 35 years in military service.

He is regarded as one of America’s great leaders. The only dent to his career was his open support and justification for Iraq which was later found to be wrong.

Colin Powell had blood cancer and was being treated for it but died from complications of COVID-19
