Types of Videos You can’t Monetize on YouTube

YouTube is very clear about the types of videos you can’t monetize on their platform. Monetization means Google ads can show while someone is watching your video. If he or she clicks on the advert, you are paid. Here are some types of videos you can’t monetize;

Nudity 

Nudity of any degree in part or all of your video will make the video not eligible to make money. Sexually provocative scenes also fall into this class. 

Copyright

Posting other peoples original video content in whole or part on your channel makes the video not monetizable.. The best way to avoid copyright issues is to make sure you own all the rights in the video you create. However in some cases, YouTube still allows you to monetize other peoples content in your video provided you create your own original commentary. 

Violence

Video showing violent or gory scenes, killing of human beings or animals, firearms, etc. is not eligible for monetization.

Hate speech

Videos promoting hate speech,religious intolerance, racism are not eligible for monetization on YouTube.

Nonsensical content

Videos showing content with no educational value or that makes no sense can’t be monetized.

PowerPoint videos

Powerpoint videos refers to videos containing only a series of pictures with little or no voice narrative. These types of videos are difficult to monetize.

Robotic voice

You can monetize a video containing robotic or computerised voice provided you created the write up  for the robotic voice to use. However, using a robotic voice to read from pages of newspapers or text books which you didn’t create  can’t be monetized.

Animals

Videos showing killing,torturing, mating, cutting open of animals can’t be monetized.

Children

Videos showing children subjected to inhuman treatment, or abuse won’t be monetized.

How to Make Money on YouTube

People are making money by posting videos on YouTube; that’s a fact. In the earlier days, once you create your YouTube channel and start posting videos, you can start making money right away.

But things aren’t that easy these days. For your channel to get monetized, it must have at least 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watch time in the last 365 days.

In addition, your channel and videos must comply with all YouTube monetization guidelines.

What you will need for YouTube monetization

Gmail account: to open an AdSense or YouTube account, you will need gmail.

Adsense account: AdSense is the platform through which your YouTube earnings and payments are processed. To create an adsense account you will need either your own website, youtube or blogger account where google can place adverts. Your website, youtube or blogger account must have sufficient original content for a successful application.

YouTube channel: you will need to have created and run a youtube channel by posting original legitimate videos prior to monetization.

How to make Sweetened Grapefruit Juice

Grape fruit is a citrus fruit that has a bitter sweet taste.

It is rich in vitamins A and C. It does not have a significant negative impact on blood sugar levels. A ripe grapefruit can measure about 15cm in diameter and more. It is the size of at least 4 orange fruits.

The fruit can be consumed as a whole, juice or pulp.

I will show you how to easily prepare a sweetened grapefruit juice that has an improved sweet bitter taste you will love.

This procedure will require removing the pulp of the fruit, so use thoroughly washed hands.

Process; How to make sweetened grapefruit juice.

Wash the fruit and peel of its outer skin.

Next cut it open and remove the pulp. You can do this using your fingers and with the help of a knife.

Blend the pulp and sieve the mixture to extract the juice into a bowl.

Mix the juice with a bottle of Fanta orange.

Serve chilled, the taste is lovely.

Difference Between Manual and Automatic Transmission

Cars with automatic transmission is now the choice among drivers. It is easier to drive a car with an automatic gear system. It saves the driver the hassles of pressing down and releasing the clutch when the car has to be moved or stopped. If you have experienced driving a manual transmission car uphill or in a hold up, you will realize how easy it is with a car equipped with automatic transmission

However, manual transmission still has some advantages over its automatic counterpart. 

Advantages of manual transmission

  1. Simple design: the modelling and design of a manual transmission is easier when compared to that of an automatic transmission.
  2. Easy to repair: there is always a higher probability that a faulty manual transmission system can be repaired 
  3. Cheaper: it’s simple design makes it cheaper to buy ,install and maintain.
  4. Better braking efficiency: manual transmission cars are said to have more braking efficiency than its automatic counterpart
  5. Durability: manual transmission is more durable, this is why it is the most preferred for heavy duty vehicles.

Disadvantage of manual transmission

  1. Less smooth driving experience: driving a car with manual transmission is ok, but situations which make pressing down and releasing the clutch frequently such as during a holdup or driving uphill can be stressful.

Advantages of automatic transmission

  1. Smoother driving experience: This is achieved with  computer controlled transmission. The gears are shifted automatically when due and efficiently. It is easier to drive car equipped with automatic transmission uphill and during hold ups. 
  2. Makes Learning driving easier: one of the difficult aspects of driving is learning how to change gears efficiently even in difficult situations. Learners find it much easier to drive a car with automatic transmission as they will be spared the hassles of manually changing gears 

Disadvantages of Automatic transmission

  1. Complex design; compared to manual transmission, automatic transmission has a complex design architecture.
  2.   Harder to repair:  the complex modelling of the automatic transmission make it harder to repair when faulty. 
  3. Costlier; it is more expensive to acquire and maintain a car with automatic transmission
  4. Less durable:  Compared to its manual counterpart, Automatic transmission is said to be less durable

In group A, Bayern Munich strengthened their position on top with an empathic win over Salzburg . One more win and Bayern will qualify for the next stage. Atletico moved to second position with 4 points after there 1-1 draw with Lokomotiv.

Real Madrid pushed themselves to second in group B after their hard fought 3-2 win over Inter. Shakhtar Donetsk suffered a surprise 0-6 loss at home to Monchengladbach. Monchengladbach now tops group B with 5 points.

Man City completed 3 wins out of 3 as they swept aside Olympiacos to sit at the top of group C with 9 points. Manchester City are one win away from second round qualification.

Liverpool had things too easy as the demolished Atalanta 0-5 at the Stadio di Bergamo. Liverpool sit at the top of group D with 9 points followed by Ajax and Atalanta with 4 points each.

Premier League Fixtures Round 7

We are already into round 7 of the english premier league.

In the early game today, Wolves beat Crystal Palace 2-0. This win moved them into 3rd place on the table with 13 points.

On Saturday, Burnley takes on Chelsea. On paper Chelsea is the better team but Burnley have always caused them problems. Manchester City play bottom of the table Sheffield United. Liverpool will become premier league leaders if they beat WestHam.

On Sunday Nov. 1st, Aston Villa will play Southampton in the early game. Southamton have been impressive so far in the league, they defeated Everton last time out and I’m backing them to beat Aston Villa.

Everton play Newcastle in the second game of the day. Everton have had a good start to the season, they are top of the league but they must beat Newcastle to remain top.

The match of the day; Manchester United Vs Arsenal. Chelsea were at Old Trafford last weekend and got a draw, can Arsenal win them?. Manchester United are going to this game on the back of a 5 -0 demolition of RB Leipzig last Wednesday in the champions league

Mourinho’s Tottenham need to be careful when they take on Brighton in the last Sunday game. 

On Monday, Fulham will take on West Brom. Fulham will have a chance to improve on their last outing against Crystal Palace. Leeds play Leicester City in the last game of the day. Both teams played away and won their matches last time out. It will be interesting to see how Leicester approaches this difficult game.
