How to make Mayonnaise at Home

Many people usually get their Mayonnaise from the store, however, you can easily make your own Mayonnaise at home.

All you need are;

  • Blender
  • Raw Eggs ( 1 or 2)
  • Lemon or lime juice( about 2 tablespoon)
  • Vegetable oil. (½ litre)
  • Little bit of salt and sugar (2 cubes) to taste.
  • eggs
  • lemon juice
  • oil
Major items needed to make your Mayonnaise

Procedure.

Set the blender to low speed.

Put the eggs, lemon juice, salt and sugar and blend to a smooth consistency.

With the blender still set to low speed and the blended mixture still inside, start the blender again. Open the cover of the blender jar at the top and very slowly pour the vegetable oil as the blender is mixing.

Continue pouring the oil slowly until the mixture thickens. You will know when the mixture has thickened because the blender will struggle to continue blending the mixture.

English Premier League Review Match Day 19

Manchester City tighten their grip  at the top of the premier league table after defeating Leicester city 6-3 at the Etihad. It was a game the champions almost lost control off after Leicester almost equalized from 4 goals down. City however rallied and won the game comfortably. They are 6 points clear at the top.

Liverpool will not have the chance to get closer to Manchester city as their game against Leeds United has been postponed due to COVID-19 infection cases.

Wolves vs Watford and Everton vs Burnley have also been postponed.

Chelsea maintained their six points behind Manchester City as they defeated Aston Villa by 3-1. Chelsea had to recover from a goal down to win the game. They are in 3rd position with 41 points.

High flying Arsenal walloped Norwich city 5-0. They are in fourth position with 35 points.

Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur defeated Crystal Palace 3-0. They are fifth on the table with 29 points but with 3 games in hand over Arsenal in fourth.

Manchester United play Newcastle later today.

Chelsea take on Tottenham in Carabao Cup

Chelsea’s prize for beating Brentford in the quarterfinal is a 2 legged semifinal against Conte’s Tottenham. The first leg will be played on January 5th, 2022 at Stamford Bridge. The second leg, January 12th.The second semi final fixture between Arsenal and Liverpool first leg will be played on January 6th while the second leg will be played at Anfield on January 13th. 

The final will be played on February 25 2022.
